Let me measure the speed of sound,
versus the time i spent unbound.
It's something that isn't healed,
But rather something that's left.
Let me measure the time it took,
To read the unread chapters of this book.
I'll read the bound pages cover to cover,
I rather read a book that's written forever.
Let me measure the times I've cried,
Even that time I felt like I died.
Perhaps it's the hurt that I feel,
Or a nightmare that was really real.
Let me measure the beginning and end,
That our hearts finally get to mend.
We'll reap what we sow, you'll know,
I'll measure the whole entire show.

A Trip Down Memory Lane
Let's take a trip down memory lane,
Before the clouds began to rain.
It's all about the morals and thick trends,
But aren't we all tied up on loose ends?
It don't take much to make a poster down,
But even happy clowns turn and can make a frown.
So don't tell me you're sorry and it's okay,
Because I'm the one not sleeping til next day.
Can't believe i feel for that quick dumb line,
Making the whole heart feel like it's wine and dine.
I'm more than what you think, say, or even know,
Why does heartbreak take love away from the flow?
But Lets take a trip down memory lane,
Before the clouds began to rain.
I'll take your moment away,
I am me,
Without discretion.
It's easy to believe,
without repetition.
Even though,
It's all alliteration,
I don't care...
I am an individual,
With a goal.
That many people,
attempt to foil.
And it will be reached,
No matter what...
I am sensitive,
With a passion.
I say my feelings,
With complete emotion.
Because no matter what,
I am who I am...
My love is life, like a blue fire,
You gave me love like it's desire.
You took my hands and said three words,
And honored me with you passion, my cures.
What my eyes deceit me with your loving eyes,
It tries to hurt me with a clever disguise.
Love is faithful to one's true vision,
My love reaches over to the horizon.
It can touch the ever reaching skies,
But what most people tell me are lies.
They say that a vision is always untrue,
That love is for suckers, like me and you.
But I will touch the skies,
Because my vision will come true.
And it will start with me and you.

If and Only If...Reality Revealed
If I was not to say a word,
Walk the halls like a broken bird.
Only beginning to cease to speak,
Joining the lower ranks of weak.
To only say what came from emotions,
And let the aroma smell like lotions...
Only certain people break from bounds,
While others unfortunately do turnarounds.
Saying the least keeps your doom at bay,
It isn't easy saying what you have to say.
Defenseless, as it appears doesn't exist here,
Most of those concepts aren't in the atmosphere...
Lets just say everything isn't perfect,
But is has a purpose to make it worth it.
Tendencies are formed from an abstract idea,
From the movie 300, to Lady Alexandri
When I can think about my life and how it started
I don't even know where to begin, let alone end.
But I can try to keep writing my poetry with end rhyme,
Not even really paying attention to the clock tell time.
I'll finish this poem when I get done thinking about stuff,
But that won't be anytime soon so I would just say its tuff.
To go around everyday with a smile on my damn face,
Trying to find another person I could use to replace.
But it's not really any use,
Always leads to another abuse.
But I won't give up now or anytime soon at all,
I won't be the starter of my own downfall.
I'll keep going with the time ticking on my back
What more is there to say,
But I'm not wasting today.
I'm going to tell you how I feel,
This poem will tell you the deal.
Pick up from the start of the race,
To end it with your beautiful face.
I'm not running out of rhymes,
More actually, of a thing called time.
I won't promise you a pot of gold,
But I will try to give you the world.
I can try to hug you with every chance i get,
But I can promise you that i'll never forget.
The time I told you words from my heart
And the moment I kissed a piece of art.
Let me measure the speed of sound,
versus the time i spent unbound.

The time I told you words from my heart
And the moment I kissed a piece of art.
The rain falls outside my window,
A storm raging and shaking the world around me.
For once I am not afraid of the thunder,
No...I embrace it.
Because the sky is crying the tears that I cannot cry myself,
The thunder echoing my inner screams of anguish,
Anxiety,
Anger,
And torment.
"Why?"
the thunder echoes,
"Why did you forsake me so?"
A rain drop hits the ground,
"Why did you leave me here to pick up the pieces alone?"
Three more drops.
"What did I do to deserve this pain?"
The thunder rolls and lightning flashes.
"I DON'T WANT TO BE ALONE AGAIN! COME Back...please..."
Thunder roars and lightning streaks across the sky,
One drop...Two d
How do you just flip a switch?
Throw someone into a ditch
Push them down then walk away
It was clear you didn't want to stay
No goodbye were ever said
We never knew what was going thru your head
Did you even really care?
Or did you just like to share?
Yes I'm hurt
And yes I'm mad
But most off I find you sad
Well here the news
Well here the deal
We got all the time to heal
I'm more pissed then anything
I trusted you with many things
But here I am to say goodbye
As the begin to die
Head held high
Eyes to the sky
I walk this way
To make you pay
To show i am strong
I'm where I belong
With those who care
With those who are
See that girl?
Yes, that one right over there,
through the window,
The one with the crazy hair?
And the worn down clothes?
Well I hear she's crazy,
gone completely batshit,
screwed up in the head, that one.
Always has some bitchy come back,
she's a little too quick, if you ask me.
A little too fat,
a little too quiet all the time.
I mean, my god,
can't the girl speak?
She's all shut up in her head,
likes to talk to herself, I've heard.
She draws those depressing things,
always has her face in some story with a death.
I hear she's barely making the grade,
I hear she lies to her folks,
and you know what's really weird?
She
String the anchor to my heart
Kiss the hand that ties me down
Fashion back the pieces broken
Lift me up and watch me drown
Lift my eyes to open
Sleight of hand to watch me bleed
Leave to love another man
Songs like birds of misery
Hurt behind the eighteen
Age of fourteen, young and scared
Dream with me a second time
Disappeared and left me bare
Boy from broken households, have me
Upon a foothold grasp, we moan
Caught once in the throes of loving
Where queried of a lord unknown
Lustful heart oncoming toward them
Loved for hours at a time
Knife in hand, in bedroom doorframes
Driven by her words to cry
Now a woman, lover, men
Decided to rant about society in general at this time of my life that I get to be on the computer. I'm told I am free. That's a complete LIE. How can I be free if I have to work to get a living, pay taxes, and follow rules?? That's because society isn't as pleasant as most people make it crack up to be. My normal day is get up, go to school, get into an argument with a teacher because they don't want to admit that they're wrong on something, come home and get changed for work, go to work, get yelled at by a customer because they just want to argue about something so stupid as to about the cup size I gave them. I'm sorry I can't give you a big
